Xiaomi 15 Ultra Leak: Snapdragon 8 Elite, 200MP Telephoto
Tech outlet 91mobiles, in collaboration with tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore, has unveiled key details about Xiaomi’s upcoming flagship, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra, set to debut in China next month. Reports suggest a global release is planned for MWC 2025, with a worldwide variant expected at the event.
The device is rumored to feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Edition chipset paired with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. Powering the phone will be a minimum 6,000mAh battery, supporting 90W wired fast charging and likely 50W wireless charging.
For photography, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra is said to include a 1-inch large primary sensor and a 200MP periscope telephoto lens, though further camera details remain undisclosed. The phone will reportedly launch in black, white, and silver colorways and integrate satellite communication capabilities for enhanced connectivity.
Leaked renders reveal a quad-camera setup on the rear, highlighted by a prominent periscope lens. The circular camera module features a distinctive red accent ring around its Leica-branded housing, emphasizing Xiaomi’s focus on premium design.
Additional specifications and pricing are yet to be confirmed ahead of the official launch.
