Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 to Feature Snapdragon 8 Elite & 12GB RAM
A recent post by tech source PandaFlashPro on X (formerly Twitter) hints at key specifications for Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Z Fold7 and Z Flip7. According to the leak, the global variant of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 will reportedly feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition processor, paired with 12GB of RAM and storage options matching its predecessor: 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 is also expected to include 12GB of RAM, with storage choices of 256GB or 512GB. However, the leak did not confirm the chipset for the Flip7. Earlier rumors suggested it might debut Samsung’s in-house Exynos 2500 processor, though this remains unverified.
These details align with prior reports from outlets like EnosTech, which indicated that the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Z Flip7 will prioritize modest hardware refinements over major redesigns. Upgrades are likely to focus on software, with both devices rumored to ship with Samsung’s One UI 7, based on Android 15. The overall design and core hardware specifications are expected to remain largely unchanged from the current Galaxy Z Fold6 and Z Flip6 models.
