AOC launches two new G4 series gaming monitors: 34-inch 240Hz curved and 24.5-inch 300Hz models

AOC, a famous brand known for making gaming monitors, has announced two new monitors in its G4 series. These new models are made for gamers who want high performance but at a reasonable price. The new monitors are the AOC GAMING CU34G4Z and the AOC GAMING 25G4SXU.

Big, curved and fast – CU34G4Z

The CU34G4Z is a 34-inch curved gaming monitors with a 240 Hz refresh rate. It has a UWQHD resolution (3440×1440), which means games will look very clear and detailed. The screen is ultrawide (21:9), so you can see more in racing games, flight simulators, and open-world games. This gives you better views and a more immersive experience.

These gaming monitors uses a VA panel and has a curved 1500R shape, which helps you focus on the screen better. It has 1 ms GtG response time and 0.3 ms MPRT when using motion blur reduction, so fast-moving scenes will stay sharp.

It also has DisplayHDR 400 certification, which means better colours and contrast. You can connect it to modern graphics cards and consoles using 1x DisplayPort 1.4 and 2x HDMI 2.1 ports. The stand is adjustable for height, tilt, and swivel, so you can play comfortably for hours.

Small but super-fast – 25G4SXU

The 25G4SXU is a 24.5-inch gaming monitor with a very fast 300 Hz refresh rate, which can be increased to 310 Hz using its settings. It uses a Fast IPS panel with Full HD resolution. This model is made for competitive gamers who play fast-paced games like Valorant, Counter-Strike 2, and Overwatch.

It also has 1 ms GtG and 0.3 ms MPRT response times, giving players a clear and fast view, which can help them react quickly. The monitor comes with Adaptive-Sync and works with NVIDIA G-SYNC, so games look smooth without screen tearing.

The design is made for esports players. It has a 130 mm height-adjustable stand with tilt, swivel, and pivot (portrait mode) options. Its special shape helps players who keep their keyboard at an angle on the desk.

Extra features and price

Both gaming monitors come with extra features like USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports – the 34-inch model has 2 ports, and the 24.5-inch model has 4 ports. These are useful for connecting USB devices. They also support HDR10, Flicker-Free technology, and Low Blue Light mode, which help protect your eyes during long gaming sessions. You can also use AOC’s G-Menu software to change display settings easily.

Pricing and availability

Both monitors will be available in April 2025.
