be quiet! Announces Pure Base 501 LX & DX: Bright Lights and Strong Airflow
be quiet!, a German company known for making high-quality PC parts, has launched two new PC cases: Pure Base 501 LX and Pure Base 501 DX. These cases are part of the Pure Base 501 series, which is designed to be simple yet powerful. The new models come with ARGB lighting and better airflow, making them a great choice for gamers and PC users who love stylish and cool-looking setups. Both models will be available in black and white.
Shiny Lights and Cool Airflow
The Pure Base 501 LX looks similar to the older Pure Base 501 Airflow Window but has more powerful fans and ARGB lighting. Instead of two fans, the LX model comes with four Light Wings LX fans:
- Three 120 mm fans at the front pull cool air into the case.
- One big 140 mm fan at the back pushes hot air out.
These fans have frosted fan blades and ARGB lights, which means they glow beautifully when turned on. The case also has a hub that lets users control up to six ARGB devices and fans at the same time.
On the other hand, the Pure Base 501 DX has a new front panel design with built-in ARGB lighting. It also includes three Pure Wings 3 140 mm fans for improved airflow, keeping the PC cool even when running heavy programs. The ARGB lights on the front continue inside the case, making the whole setup look futuristic and stylish.

Compact but Powerful
Both models support ATX, microATX, and Mini-ITX motherboards, making them great for different PC builds. They also allow users to install large graphics cards and 360 mm radiators for liquid cooling. The cases come with:

- Smart cable management for a clean and tidy look.
- A USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port on the front panel for fast data transfer.
Like other Pure Base 501 models, the new cases have a side panel window, allowing users to see their PC parts inside. A front panel button is included to control ARGB lighting effects easily.

The Pure Base 501 LX and Pure Base 501 DX will be available for sale starting March 11. Both models come with a 3-year warranty from be quiet!.
