Chuwi AuBox Mini PC Announced with Ryzen 7 8745HS and Dual 2.5G Ethernet

Chuwi has announced a new mini PC called the AuBox Mini PC. It is a small and stylish computer powered by the AMD Ryzen 7 8745HS processor. The design is compact, measuring 15 x 15 cm with a height of only 4.5 cm. Unlike many other mini PCs that have become taller, the AuBox remains sleek and premium-looking, making it a great choice for home or office use.

The mini PC features the Ryzen 7 8745HS processor with 8 cores and 16 threads. It is almost as fast as the Ryzen 7 8845HS, with only a slight 6-7% drop in performance. However, it does not have a separate graphics card. Instead, it comes with the Radeon 780M integrated graphics, which is powerful enough for light gaming and everyday tasks but may struggle with demanding graphics work.

For memory, the AuBox Mini PC includes 12GB of DDR5-5600 RAM, which ensures smooth performance. If needed, users can upgrade the RAM up to 64GB using two SODIMM slots. Storage is handled by a 512GB SSD, and for those who need more space, the PC offers two M.2 2280 slots that support up to 2TB of storage.

The mini PC has a variety of ports, making it easy to connect different devices. It includes two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, two USB 2.0 Type-A ports, one USB4 port, one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port, an HDMI 2.1 port, a DisplayPort 1.4, and an audio jack. For internet connectivity, the AuBox Mini PC stands out with two 2.5G Ethernet ports for super-fast wired connections. It also supports Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1 for wireless networking.

At the moment, the AuBox Mini PC is not available worldwide, and the price has not been announced. More details about availability and pricing are expected soon.
