We know that the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti and RTX 5070 are launching in February, but we already have a concrete release date for the supercharged version. According to Proshop, a store in Denmark, the GeForce RTX 5070 Ti is set to launch on February 20th. It should be noted that the RTX 5070 Ti will be the only model not arriving in a reference Founders Edition version. So this implies the launch of a whole range of models designed by NVIDIA’s partners.
For now, the Proshop store has not released any information about the launch of the GeForce RTX 5070 without “Ti”. So, there is speculation about the model’s launch soon, as there is no information about an exact date.
What we expect from this NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti until its launch
Leaving aside its launch, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti is a graphics card built around a GB203-300 graphics chip. It hides inside a configuration of 8,960 CUDA Cores and is accompanied by 16GB of GDDR7 memory at 28 Gbps. Together with a 256-bit interface, this allows it to reach a bandwidth of 896GB / s. Which is already much higher than the Radeon RX 9070 XT can reach. Which is where AMD aspires to position itself. Right between this model and the GeForce RTX 5070, which will arrive at 654 euros. So it will be quite interesting if NVIDIA will catch up with AMD to play cat and mouse. Forcing AMD to delay its launch, not as something that benefits it, but that ends up condemning its sales.
The GeForce RTX 5070 Ti graphics card has a power consumption of 300W and its official price is 889 euros ($749). This is where AMD would have to offer a price of at least 300 euros less. And it should be remembered that AMD advocated abandoning the high-end market to focus on offering a competitive mid-range that would help it gain market share. And even for 300 euros less, we cannot call it a mid-range.

In terms of performance, we know that it will be around 20% faster than the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti. Now, when NVIDIA DLSS 4 comes into play, we are already going to that magic figure of doubling the performance. In this way, the most interesting thing about these GeForce RTX 5070 is their dispute with the Radeon RX 9070.
