PlayStation Unveils The Last of Us Limited Edition DualSense Controller
PlayStation and Naughty Dog have announced a brand-new wireless DualSense controller to celebrate The Last of Us franchise. This limited edition controller is designed in close collaboration with Naughty Dog and features glossy trophy icons representing important moments, characters, and events from both The Last of Us Part I and The Last of Us Part II.
Special Design Inspired by The Last of Us
Neil Druckmann, Head of Studio at Naughty Dog, and Graphic Designer Megan Mehran shared details about the dualsense controller’s design. The team wanted to honour both games in the series by including iconic trophy icons in black gloss across the controller. Three key symbols stand out:
- The Firefly Logo – This symbol, well known to fans, represents the Fireflies from The Last of Us Part I.
- The Moth – This represents Ellie, a key character in the story.
- The Wolf – A symbol of Abby, another major character from Part II.
These details make the dualsense controller a unique tribute to the beloved franchise.
