QNAP’s innovative QM2 series PCIe expansion cards allow M.2 SSDs to be installed in a NAS for SSD caching or Auto Data Tiering. As QM2 uses PCIe they don’t occupy any 3.5” drive bays allowing you to maximise both your storage capacity, performance and boosts functionality. Exclusively designed for mid-range SMB NAS (with single PCIe slot) customers who may not have big budget but require fast performance providing an affordable and convenient upgrade.
