Raijintek MGA-68 Mechanical Keyboard Official with Hall-Effect Switches

Raijintek, known for its expertise in PC cases, cooling solutions, and peripherals, has launched the MGA-68 aluminum keyboard featuring advanced hall-effect switches. This compact keyboard sports a 65% layout, (69 keys) in the ISO format and is available in Black and Silver colors. While the official price has yet to be confirmed, early listings indicate it may retail for around $160.
Features of Raijintek MGA-68
The MGA-68’s durable body is made from CNC-aluminum and it features south-facing LEDs and Hall-effect switches with an exceptional lifespan of 50 million keystrokes. Users can take advantage of the Raijintek Axion application, which offers adjustable actuation distances, rapid trigger mode, customizable dead zones, and sensitivity settings to enjoy their keyboard experience to their liking.
The Raijintek MGA-68 keyboard measures 313x104mm with a variable height thanks to its innovative wedge-shaped design, which is designed to provide optimal ergonomics. Users lacking a function key row can easily access these functions by combining the Fn (function) key with the number keys at the top. Additionally, hotkeys have been integrated for on-the-fly control over RGB settings, switch actuation, and default settings reset.
Available in UK, DE, and Italy layouts, the Raijintek MGA-68 features PBT or PBT+SUB keycaps arranged in the ISO format, along with L-shaped Enter keys. Its hot-swappable design allows users to replace switches with compatible alternatives as needed, thanks to a switch plate for secure alignment and a spill-resistant PCBA.
Unfortunately, the MGA-68 is a wired-only keyboard, but it comes with a 2-meter-long USB Type-C to Type A + Type-C cable, two additional switches, and a 2-in-1 key puller in the box.
Pricing and Availability
While Raijintek has not disclosed an official price, an online listing from German retailer hiq24 lists the keyboard at $160. Given that aluminum hall-effect keyboards typically start at $150, the Raijintek MGA-68 positions itself competitively in the market. After accounting for the 19% VAT, the effective price is approximately $130, making it an appealing option. US customers can anticipate availability soon on platforms such as Amazon, Newegg, and Performance PCs.
