Samsung has officially announced the Galaxy S25 series, with high-definition renderings of the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra shared by technology media Android Headline. All three phones will feature the Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition for Galaxy chip, starting with 12GB of RAM, and the Ultra model will offer 16GB of RAM in select markets. The devices will come pre-installed with the One UI 7 system based on Android 15 and support Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.3.
Galaxy S25:

- FHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate
- 4000mAh battery, 25W fast charging
- Rear camera setup: 50MP main camera, 12MP ultra-wide, and 10MP telephoto lens
Galaxy S25+:
- 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display
- WQHD+ (3120 x 1440) resolution, 120Hz refresh rate
- 4900mAh battery, 45W fast charging
- Same camera configuration as the Galaxy S25
Galaxy S25 Ultra:
- 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display
- WQHD+ (3120 x 1440) resolution, 120Hz adaptive refresh rate
- 5000mAh battery, 45W fast charging
- Rear camera setup: 200MP main camera, 50MP ultra-wide, 10MP telephoto (3x optical zoom, OIS), and 50MP periscope telephoto (5x optical zoom, OIS)
