The Mirtune S100 comes in a sturdy cardboard box that ensures safe delivery. Looking around the box, you’ll notice a handle on the top for easy carrying. The front side features an image of the speaker along with Tronsmart branding and the Muse 2024 Best Design Award logo. On the back, you’ll find key features, package contents, basic app information, an FCC statement, and the warehouse address. The left side displays an image with the text “Ready for Beach Party,” while the right side shows the speaker and tweeter design.
Opening the box, the speaker is securely placed within foam pads for protection. Inside, you’ll find:

The Tronsmart Mirtune S100 has a simple and modern design. It comes in black and blue colors we are review black with a fabric cover, apart from fabric cover speaker is built with solid plastic mate black look giving it a nice and premium look. Speaker weighs around 1.4kg and shape is similar to other Tronsmart speakers, but this one has some big improvements.
One big change is the buttons. The light grey buttons are now raised, making them easy to see and feel, even in dark rooms. All buttons are placed on the front panel for convenience. Starting from the left side, there are three buttons: Power/RGB Light, Bluetooth, and SoundPulse (for bass enhancement). In the middle, there is an LED indication bar that shows the battery level, charging status, and connection status. On the right side, Volume Down/Previous (-), Play/Pause, and Volume Up/Next (+). Below the LED bar, you’ll find the Tronsmart branding. In the middle of the six buttons, there is a light strip that shows battery level, charging, and connection status.
The passive woofers on the sides have LED ring lights that can change colors and show effects. If you want to save battery, you can turn the lights off.
For easy carrying, there is a soft silicone handle that can be pulled out or hidden, with Tronsmart branding on top.
It has a tube-like shape and is meant to sit flat. The build is strong and durable, making it great for both indoors and outdoors.
On the back, we find the usual slot covered by a silicone cap, which includes a Type-C charging port, AUX input, USB input, reset hole and a microSD card slot. The silicone cap must be closed if you’re planning a pool party to keep the ports safe from water. The USB input also works as a power delivery port, allowing you to charge your phone or tablet, thanks to the built-in power bank feature.

The Mirtune S100 gives 50W of power with a 2.1 channel setup. It has a woofer for strong bass and two tweeters for clear sound. The bass is deep, but it does not cover the mids and highs, keeping the sound balanced. The bass performance is particularly impressive, especially in Bass Boost mode, where it creates a deep, air-moving effect on sub-bass-heavy tracks. Despite its compact size, the racetrack subwoofer delivers smooth low-end sound, filling a medium-sized room with ease. Compared to similarly priced competitors, the Mirtune S100’s bass feels stronger and more immersive.
You can change the sound using the Tronsmart app, which has five sound modes and an EQ. In Bass Boost mode, the woofer creates a strong deep sound, making bass-heavy songs feel powerful. Vocals and instruments sound clear, and the highs do not hurt your ears.
For those who like to fine-tune their sound, the Tronsmart app offers five sound presets and a customizable EQ, allowing users to adjust the bass and treble to their preference. The speaker also includes a built-in LED light show with three different modes that sync with your music, adding a fun touch for parties and gatherings.
Outside, the speaker plays loud and clear, great for parties and fun with friends. If you need more sound, you can connect two S100 speakers for a bigger and wider sound. The connection stays strong, so your music plays without problems.

The Mirtune S100 has a battery life of up to 20 hours, which is very good for its size. Even at high volume keeping RGB lights off, it lasts close to this time. Charging is easy—just plug in the USB-C cable under the silicone cover. One thing I want to mention here that charging the speaker takes longer.
Power Bank Feature
The Mirtune S100 can also work as a power bank. It has a 4000mAh battery, so you can charge your phone or tablet using the USB port on the back. But since the battery is not very big, using it to charge other devices will reduce playtime. A bigger battery would have been better for longer use.

Using the Tronsmart Mirtune S100 has been a great experience. From the moment I picked it up, it felt strong and well-made, with a fabric finish that gives it a nice look. The buttons are easy to press, even in the dark, and the LED lights make it feel more fun, especially at night.
